Lal Chaulai (Red Chard)


Yet another minimalist kinda recipe, where each ingredient shines and complements others.


















Asafoetida, Whole dried red peppers


 Best enjoyed with steamed rice.
A dollop of desi ghee on top - optional for you but a must for me :)
