Aloo Bandhakopi with Panchphoren (Potatoes & Cabbage with 5 seed tempering)

5 seeds to temper - Fenugreek, Mustard, Cumin, Fennel, Kalaunji (wild onion seeds)
Potatoes, Cabbage,
Green Hot Peppers,
Salt.
