गांठ गोभी Kohlrabi meets ShangHai 白菜 Bok Choy
Kashmiri style 'Monj Haakh' in mustard oil, with Hing (asafoetida), whole red peppers, Kashmiri masala (garam masala with mace, nutmeg and fennel). And yes, salt too.
